What Do the Cards Say About Health Care Reform and A Public Option for America?

This reading is difficult to decipher, because I am trying to interpret a policy/bill not a person. Let me delve into it and explain what the cards say.

The unknown (fortuna) is behind us, so it is certain that health care reform with a public option is coming. Currently it looks very good for a public option, obviously with Harry Reid's inclusion today, October 26, 2009. The initial outcome is very good today, but what is next? Will it get watered down more? What are we really getting in the end?

The near outcome (few weeks) show only swords, but not a blood bath. Interesting it appears that people are staying firm with swords in hand and will not let up. That may be a good sign.

This health care reform is seen as a wish that will take a complete change and there is some worry about failure. I think this is the worry about political campaign funds for some senators. The strengths of this reform are a detrimental change, like nothing we have seen before. Though this will come with a huge battle and a total move to something different, it may also be seen as not acceptable. So its not a Medicare Type E option, it has to be a unique innovative solution.

A strategy is needed but that will take a battle. To win this battle the health care reform supporters must concentrate on the past to show what is at stake. There will be some help coming from a powerful source, new supporters, possibly a new angle.

The United States Economy and Where It's Headed

Are we in for a deep depression, similar to the 30's? All this doomsday economy talk from many analysts such as Paul Krugman, compelled me to do a tarot reading. Again, I had to immerse myself in articles about the economy and concentrate deeply as I shuffled and laid out the cards. This is what we should expect in the next few months.

I can say that for some of us, it's not going to be that bad. So it will not be like a 1930's depression.

Currently, there are those who are doing pretty good and those who are doing pretty bad. Fortuna is hitting families and they are landing on either side of the wheel. If you have a good skill and job, it will be pretty much remain staus quo. The cards indicate that families are preparing not for a war, but for survival.

Behind us are many choices and opportunities, reveling in the abundance of a good life, celebrating with friend, but this coming to an end.

The foundation for the reading, what keeps our economy alive now, is opportunity, reaching out to everything good and being on guard. Interesting, there are opportunities out there still. People continue to start businesses, get loans, and make it. Our economy is far from death.

The outcome of what is going on now in the economy, is many messages, suggestions, as well as reaching out to the past. So basically there are a lot of unknowns, many thoughts, recommendations, and discussions.

The immediate outcome from these messengers, will bring the King of Swords, the Magician and the Knight of Rods, which indicate strength, a battle and lots of work. The answer and advice to our economic situation are first to move on to a new place or a new agenda, and reflect on how we got here. Finally keep on eye on the financial success we want. We must directly focus on the financial success, not the project but the money side of it. This should be the main focus on all the projects. So yes, infrastructure projects may add jobs, but how will this financially affect our economy? If it doesn't help, then put the money into something else.

What we can expect in 6 to 12 months are grief, turmoil and defeat, hording money or being financially conservative and being wise and practical. So, I can say that this will not be a 1930's depression, but a difficult time for many. It is not the end of America as some have suggested, but we will have hard times. Though, nothing like the Great Depression. The Tower did show up as I was shuffling the cards, it ended up at the bottom of the deck, so the thought and suggestion is there, but at least for now, we will probably avoid it.

This is what we will surely see in the next year. Practicality and wisdom. I am so glad President Barack Obama will be in control.

Separation of Church and State in Danger

I don't care about gay marriage. It doesn't affect me whether gays marry or not..... But what I do care about is separation of Church and State.

Government presides over CIVIL marriages (unions). These are NOT religious, they are civil. An atheist can get a CIVIL MARRIAGE. These unions are provided by the government to legally recognize that a couple has certain rights. PERIOD.

GAY, STRAIGHT, ATHEIST, BLACK, WHITE, PAGAN, WICCAN, MUSLIM, CHRISTIAN, BHUDDIST. Whatever you are, the government provides constitutional rights and protection to couples. This has nothing to do with JESUS or GOD or the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

The United States of America was founded on the thought that all people are created equal. If two people love each other and want to have legal protection from the government, they should not be denied this. Equality for all is what makes our country great!

Your religion can mandate whatever rules you want, but the government is for the people, all people. Religion does not govern our laws and shouldn't. Our forefathers saw the dangers in letting religion into our government, and thus created laws to stop that. We are all to be treated equally and religion is a right, but does not control our government.

ENOUGH already. If you are not happy that the government is providing equal protection to all of its citizens, simply because of your RELIGIOUS beliefs, then maybe you need to move to a country that lets religion dictate their laws…. Such as Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan or Iran.

My Prediction for Winner of the US Presidency

Got in my zen mood yesterday (drinking a beer helped), sequestered myself into a private quiet room, and concentrated deeply on both candidates to determine who will become the next President of the United States. I used my original, well worn and energized tarot cards and started by logging onto each of the candidates websites. I watched their videos one at at time, until I was able to feel their connection. The cards say both candidates are good people but are very different. John McCain really does care and loves his family, he bares no harm or evil. Barack Obama is seen as a highly intelligent, worldly, wise and strong leader who can be trusted. I describe what to expect in each of the campaigns, the next few weeks leading to the election, and finally who will be President. I begin with John McCain, then Barack Obama, their final outcomes and my prediction.

JOHN MCCAIN

CURRENT SITUATIONS IN JOHN MCCAIN'S CAMPAIGN
Ace Cauldons/The Star = Great Joy resulting from Wishes Coming True.
Six Pentacles/Fortuna = Being generous about this situation, but the results is not set, could be good or bad.
King Pentacles/Temptation = An experienced leader who is shrewd, well established and intelligent is being influenced by bad things. Perhaps wanting too much power at all costs.

My overall impression is that McCain will do very well in the election and he is a good person. He may be hot headed, but deep down he really cares about our country. What the cards revealed is that McCain is not going to be calling the shots as the leader of our free world. So this can mean that either he is indebted to someone for his win or he does not win.

When I saw Barack's final outcome, I was initially concerned as there is some sort of confusion, I can't imagine what that is, but it eventually leads to success. He uses much wisdom, reflection and skill through the next few weeks. Yes, there is some wheeling and dealing too. I can also say that it looks like this will not be a landslide victory. This leads to becoming the "High Priest", which I found so cool because it means he is not the man of the sword, but above him. He is inspirational and looked up to. My prediction according to the cards, is that Barack Obama will become our next President of the United States of America.

The Republican convention really upset me because of all the lies. It seems to me the RNC can only win on a lie. I gathered some of the facts. Barack Obama's VP Choice and the Look Ahead

The anticipation of hearing from Barack Obama about his Vice-Presidential choice and the impact this choice will have on the campaigning road ahead, pushed me into consulting the cards. I don't really know who the potential candidates are, so I can't be certain who the cards are referring to, but I can describe this person. I will provide a brief overview of what I see in Barack's VP choice, then the selection and what to expect the days ahead.

Behind him is guidance (learning something important), some defeat and assistance. Currently his political world shows a time to come out from a hermit situation, several difficult choices, and consulting with a feminine person, who is an old friend. This describes what Barack has been focusing on to get his VP decision.

What comes out of this decision is a masculine person who is knowledgeable (leader in his field or skill, someone who people look up to), this person is methodical, lines things up, works hard to make sure the job gets done and finally, this person is a powerful person with great determination. Possibly someone involved or knowledgeable with the law and a protector. He or she is the "King of Swords". Why do I think it is someone like Colin Powell or maybe even Hillary Clinton? Though later in the cards, it indicates that Barack sees this person as someone who is well rounded, not just military or politics.

The initial results from his VP selection result in taking advantage of this VP announcement, being very strong (this is good, getting control) and "karma". Meaning it was meant to be, cause and effect. (who is this?)

Barack worked hard in coming to his decision though there are some regrets. This decision will allow him to be all encompassing and doing the impossible. This is why I don't think this VP is strong in one specific thing, like the military or foreign policy, but many things.

The final outcome and what to expect with his choice are, "the sun", "four of cauldrons" and "five of rods". What this means is that his choice is going to be EXCELLENT. The sun means everything great, everything. Four of cauldrons means getting unexpected help from someone of power, a different approach to old problems. (interesting, could it be a Republican VP? - what could be a different approach. Anyway, the final card means a battle and struggle. Though it's not a bloody and vengeful battle, but one of defending wishes and ambition.

After the conventions I will delve into my prediction for the winner of the Presidency of the United States.

Religions such as Scientology and Jehovah Witnesses propagate strange and intriguing beliefs, that drive empty needing souls into their bear-trap dens. A need is being filled and probably well, as exemplified by the very successful, Tom Cruise, Beck Hansen, Michael Jackson and John Travolta to name a few. (Weird, not many female scientologists or JW's.) Actually Scientology religion believes that all men are good and their goal is to create "a civilization without insanity, without criminals and without war, where the able can prosper and honest beings can have rights, and where man is free to rise to greater heights." Doesn't sound bad. While Jehovah Witnesses claim to be Christian where the evil destroying impending Armageddon dictates how they are to behave in this world. OK, living in fear doesn't sound good. Some however find appeal in both of these, and I say let them. Certainly some cult following people have demonstrated very prosperous lives and appear to be very happy. They gladly commit a moderate percentage of their income for their church. Can it be that bad?

Well, yes. When these religions hostage their followers by cutting them off from their families and friends. When these religions demand that they propagate and force their beliefs onto others. When these religions limit or restrict its members' personal freedoms. When these religions attack anyone who criticizes them. When these religions use threats in order to get money. These are a few reasons as to why some refer to these religions specifically as cults. Strange, though the definition for cult is: "formal religious veneration : worship, 2: a system of religious beliefs and ritual, 3: a religion regarded as unorthodox or spurious." Shouldn't all religions be called cults?

The top 4 wealthiest religions in the US are: 1- Jewish, 2- Christianity, 3-Muslims, and 4- Hinduism. The top 4 membership in the World are "1-Christianity 1.9B, 2-Islams 1.1B, 3-Hinduism 781M, and 4-Buddhism 324M. Interesting that membership equates to money and they are all a "formal religious veneration that worships". Cults. Scientologists don't claim to be of a Christian origin, they derived from an alien, so money and power are good things. At least they are not a religion of contradiction. All the other Christian based religions are all hypocrites, as no one can ever be as radical as Jesus Christ. Give up everything (money, shelter, comfort) and love everyone (your enemies, gays, criminals, politicians, adulterers, thieves) and help others? No way, this is impossible for any so called "Christian". So what is at the core of all these cult religions? Power and wealth.

This combination brings to humans the worst evil possible. It feeds on deprived and blameless people looking for love, comfort, and a sense of well-being. They call it faith, so science cannot play any part. Their God and religious teachings will provide hope and the right path to enlightenment. Just follow the rules no matter how ridiculous or illogical and give us your money.

What if there was a religion that is not a cult, yet provides the need for comfort, ritual and a sense of belonging? Amazingly there already exists a group called "paganism", which centers its beliefs on the connectivity of us all and karma. No rules, and if any are made, they can be changed to accommodate you. Paganism probably has the most members, if you consider groups such as American Indians, Aborigines, etc. to be pagans, but it is not really a religion. Atheism is also not a religion, though some try to label as such, still they would be 3rd in membership. Either one of these are excellent choices in cleansing off the cult based religions. If everyone in the world would move over to a faith based on the connections and impacts we impose on our surroundings, (the earth, the sun, water, air, fellow humans, animals, plants and trees), then this would be a pretty awesome world, without the worst evil of humanity.

The Ancient Secret of the Magic of Herbs

When I was 8 years old I lived in Mexico for 2 years, where I learned there are so many secrets to the remedies and nurturing that herbs and other earth elements give us. We lived in a yucky desert town south of Zacatecas. Yucky, because it was dust covered, very hot and full of bugs. Though as a kid I thought is was so much fun! One of the big events was when we went on a family picnic, and what I mean by family is, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, grandparents, in laws, neighbors, etc. Get this, we didn't have many cars so everyone would carry a basket full of stuff or whatever was needed and we walked to our destination to the tree lined river, (about 2 miles). What I remember quite fondly, that still stands out in my mind many years later, are the lessons my aunt Ignacia would tell me as we walked. "See that weed? The one with the little yellow flowers? That one is good for bad tummy aches." There were so many lessons that it was difficult to keep track, if only I would have stayed there to finish my lessons! My trip to Mexico was my parents desire for us to learn a different culture and language and I am really thankful for that. I was asked to consult the cards to find out what will happen on Tuesday with Obama. I will cover the highlights.

Obama's Strenghts - Mother earth, a person who is a strong feminine career woman, mother and leader (I think this is Michele), status quo but taking advantage of that. Going against the gran and status quo are Barack Obama' strengths.

The advice given is- to take risks and even if others are not behind you or it is considered to be against the grain. Continue to work hard and you will achieve the impossible, and finally rely on your hopes and dreams.

The final outcome, or Tuesday will be an enlightening contest for Barack. There will be struggle, a battle, but the end result is the lovers, which I think is beautiful. Though this does not represent an overwhelming victory on Tuesday, what it means is lasting perfection and attraction. Barack Obama will be the enthusiastic and committed choice of the super delegates and others. What was even more interesting was there were some cards that popped out ahead of the reading. This showed that someone will be coming out for Barack Obama ahead of the election, this person(s) will make a difference.

My Prediction for President According to the Cards

I decided to do tarot readings for the top Presidential candidates to get an idea who will become President of the United States. I don't think it is clear yet, and what I do see is disappointing, but I am hoping that advice is taken to change the perceived fate according to the cards. Note that I only focused on the political part of the candidates' lives and even though thia are intertwined with day-to-day life, I will only provide information relating to the political aspects.

First. I believe that Hillary Clinton will lose the Democratic nomination. She received stalemate, meaning it will be a very close race, just as it has been, so there will be no overwhelming surge going toward Obama. She receives the devil or temptation, which is bad. This indicates that her campaign will be dirty to the end at all costs, resulting in new schemes or a new plan. This leads me to believe she is out. The future may be too far out to tell, and the new schemes can indicate a complete change in direction of her campaign. Though I don't believe this is the case because of Barack's final outcome.

Here there is some defeat or ruin. I believe this is due to all the tough and ugly attacks on Obama. He may even question why he is going through this, but his love and hope for this country will keep him strong and determined to succeed and he will, through new opportunities, great backing or support. Barack will not be alone, many will come out on his side and the final result is really hard work. Exhaustive work. The campaign against McCain will be a monumental challenge. It won't be too dirty, but the war and defense of our country will be the most important topic, one that will be difficult for Obama to prevail over. Though the final outcome is not quite clear, what I see in McCain's reading leads me to believe that he will succeed.

No surprise: McCain will be all about defense, the war and looking quite valiant and strong. The people will look to McCain as the leader who will get us through many battles. I believe something else is coming besides the current Iraq war, because there were swords all over his reading. His final outcome showed him being practical and wise, but there is also stalemate, meaning no changes to what we are seeing now. This all leads to the SUN which means achieving success. Again, this may be early and it could indicate that he will be running a very successful campaign and the outcome is too early to tell. Getting the SUN as a final outcome is pretty indicative of a great result.

My overall impression is that it is too early to tell. I am also really worried about fear being used successfully again to continue driving our country deeper into the ditch of failure. I am hopeful that Obama's campaign can continue its ingenious program and gain the support and trust of more Americans. His best bet will probably be to get new and young voters to register and come out in huge numbers to out-vote the more fearful people. I also believe that Barack Obama needs to demonstrate to the American people that he can lead a successful war and protect us better than John McCain can. If anyone can do this, Barack can.

After June, I will do the two nominees' readings again to get a much clearer picture.

The benefits of doing tarot readings is to avert or prepare for trouble, but you need to act and make changes. It is amazing to me as to how accurate my readings are. I love the tarot arcana card "The World". When you get this card it represents having the world at your fingertips, being in control of your world, having power over the direction of your life. So maybe it's because most do not see beyond their immediate needs and surroundings that we don't do something about taking care of the earth, conservation, global warming. Some are in denial about the impact we humans are having on our environment, or are they taking an easy way out? I can't say that. Do tarot cards really provide the answers? I have been doing cards now for several years, and even though I do this for entertainment purposes, I find that the predictions always are amazingly true. I learned from a babysitter who learned from her Grandmother 20 years before me. Using her Grandmother's tattered old cards, she would do readings and every time, it would freak me out, how did she know? I learned and started doing cards myself, though strange and unexplainable, I know what to expect in situations. So many skeptics though! I would like to prove that tarot does not follow the laws of science, and that there is something to it.

We have created the website, which designates a reading as bad through great. In order to perform a successful test, I think we need to:
1. Determine how many users, and length of time would be an acceptable test.
2. Identify users who have consistently positive and good lives, and select their results in our study. (or users with consistently negative lives).
3. Over time these "positive" or "negative" tarot card users should eventually even out to a mathematical consistent and look no different than everyone else.
4. Need a mathematician to look at the program to ensure that the algorithms used are truly random. Also determine what "over time" would be acceptable, 6 months, 1 year, several years?

She plans to release a documentary film "A Hero Denied" to educate people on the tolerance of religion. She is widow of Sgt. I find it interesting that Pagan's felt Christianity was a cult and would not survive. The intolerance towards women and mere thought of a torturing hell were some "scary" practices. They were sure this religion would simply go away. Was it a mistake to keep quiet about Christianity? Does Scientology seem weird to us, as it did to Pagans? Who knows maybe 200 years from now we will be honoring an alien God. Religions, all religions are good, so long as it does not provide opinion and rules which extinguish your connection with any human or earthly thing. I don't think such religion exists. Some may come close, Buddhism and Paganism?
